Ok, so that looks to be a (stretched?) Power Wheels body, but definitely not an 02. Maybe the mower was an 02? It looks like it was a fun mod, but sloppy, especially with the paint.

$300? CP. The customization is sloppy, it needs mechanical work, and the deck isn’t even there to use it as a mower.

The engine is the best thing it has to offer, but “needs carb cleaning” is probably Craigslistspeak for “needs new battery, oil changed, carb rebuilt, and a full tuneup”. This thing is severely overpriced.
